Friends that have this headset also have complained about its feel and performance. Performance wide, it does not seem to perform as advertised.

The ear loop snapped off while it was in the pocket of my suit. I've had this headset for less than a year and it's already busted.

It seems like the headset is in the charger more than it is in my ear. On top of that, the battery life on the headset has greatly diminished in it's capacity.

I can only hold a 1 hour conversation before I need to charge it again. It does not do a very good job at removing the background noise.

I would not recommend this headset to anyone.

Product arrived in T-Mobile packaging that wasn't fit for this bluetooth device. Kind of weird, but all the contents were there and it works.

This is the worst headset design I have ever used. If you have to touch the headset during a call for any reason, the chances are good that you're going to hang up on the call. The top and the sides will both cause the call to hang up. Too bad the old design wouldn't hold up - at least you could complete a call.

Does a great job of cancelling outside noise. Very light weight and unobtrusive. I forget I am wearing it. Pairs very easily with iPhone.

I have tried for over a month trying to get this bluetooth paired with my phone, finally I realized, it doesn't work. I am out of almost $80. Don't buy this it's a waste of money :(
